- HR Business Partner 80-100%, ON SITE
- Your future missions Advice and support to managers and staff on all HR issues throughout the life cycle of staff
- Sparring Partner of line managers for workforce planning, succession, employee development, disciplinary management and leadership
- Piloting and coordinating recruitment processes and internal mobility, in close collaboration with line managers
- Follow-up of long-term absences and support for the reintegration of female employees
- Active participation in cross-cutting HR projects and HR process development and optimization
- Animation and intervention during recurrent HR events or training
Your skills and competenciesSenior human resources management training (federal HR or Bachelor's degree) and professional experience of at least 2 years in an equivalent or similar position (ideally in an industrial environment) Master's degree in Swiss labour law
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP
- Personality with excellent communication skills, trustworthy, service oriented and strong relational intelligence
- Self-directed and solution-oriented method of work, coupled with a high sense of responsibility
- Strong counselling and coaching skills
- Relationship strength, ability to assert, excellent stress resistance and strong team spirit
