Role overview
- manage the cleaning of the refectory, kitchen, dishes, battery and kitchen equipment and/or distribution areas
- co-operate in the preparation and distribution of meals to users in restaurants and tuition shops and administrative destinations based on the indications of the head of office
- perform the service for users and perform special assignments according to the requirements specified by the head of office
- apply hygiene and functionality measures in accordance with the directives of the head of office
- in some cases the preparation of individual dishes may be required
- Federal certificate of practical training (CFP) as a cooking officer is preferential title
- proven experience in similar functions of at least 2 years
- availability at work outside normal working time
- availability to attend further vocational training and specialization courses
- good conduct considered constant contact with minors
