- You lead, develop and coach the TechnicalUnder Papers & Academy team and are responsible for implementing Under Paper Quality, Assurance and Governance concepts for all P&C Lines of Business and customer segments with around 300 Under-Irrespondences
- You control and develop the First Line Risk & Internal Control Framework and ensure meaningful reporting to Management, Risk Management, Compliance and the Group
- As a strategic sparring partner for senior stakeholders (management, risk, compliance, legal, group under-paper) and you coordinate cross-sector initiatives with high business and regulatory relevance
- You are responsible for the Under-Path Academy as a competence platform for cross-locular training, promoting technical excellence and developing learning formats such as onboarding programs and initiatives to strengthen the international sub-saw community
- You will be the central expert for quality, filial and governance issues for the multinational program business That's what makes you feel
- University degree or sound insurance training with relevant further education - ideally several years of experience in the Under-Path, Governance, Assurance, Risk & Controls or Commercial Insurance
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management at C level and proven management of governance, regulatory or cross-sectoral transformation projects; leadership experience is beneficial
