Total commitment: 4-5 days per year (2 course days, 1-2 exam days, preparation takes place separately).

- La conoscenza della professione di agente dei trasporti pubblici (o dei relativi ambiti di attività e competenze) costituisce un vantaggio.
- Formazione conclusa (AFC) e almeno 2 anni di esperienza professionale.

- Formazione conclusa (AFC) e almeno 2 anni di esperienza professionale.
- Idealmente, esperienza come formatore/trice, formatore/trice professionale o esperto/a d'esame.
- Elevata competenza comunicativa e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
- Disponibilità a frequentare le formazioni e i corsi obbligatori.
- Possibilità di essere impiegati per 4-5 giorni tra febbraio e giugno.
