Application process
- Analysis, classification and resolution of hardware, office applications, SAP and server problems, including tracking and resolution of IT problems with subsequent feedback to the customer
- Active cooperation in migration and rollout projects
- Installation and commissioning of IT systems for administration and logistics, new stores and renovations of sales outlets
- Carrying out translations from German into Italian (Newsline, training materials, etc.) in accordance with specific IT terminology Requirements
- Complete IT training (technical degree or equivalent) with several years of experience in the indicated fields and managing IT specialists.
- Excellent knowledge of IT hardware (PCs, printers, networks, tablets, smartphones, etc.) and software (Windows 10, MS Office 365, etc.) with a structured and independent approach
- Availability for on-call duty (7x24), working after hours (06.00-22.00) and on Saturdays, possession of a B driving license and availability to travel regularly to Gossau (SG)
- Excellent command of the Italian and German languages, both in writing and speaking.
