- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bildungsbereich, z.B. in der Lernbegleitung, Kursleitung, idealerweise in der Erwachsenenbildung und/oder Führungserfahrung
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Überzeugungskraft, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Moderationserfahrung
- Sehr zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und versierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Französischkenntnisse (Niveau B2)

- Hierarchical and technical leadership of course leaders for inter-company courses (üK) as well as the chief experts for the qualification procedures (QV) for the professions public transport specialists, public transport retail specialists, rail transport specialists, network electricians and track builders
- Budgeting of the responsible ÜKs, as well as accounting for subsidies
- Ensuring the planning specifications are provided to the planning team for the course organization
- Carrying out visitations in üKs and QVs to ensure the methodological/didactic quality of education
- Carrying out qualifications for course instructors together with those developing teaching materials
- Responsibility for the planning and implementation of the QV in the public transport sector competence center, in collaboration with the chief experts
