Our practice in Bellach is small but fine. You can expect a manageable team with motivated physiotherapists, short distances and a personal atmosphere. We are happy if you complement our team with your strengths and ideas. Do you want to work varied? With us, you can work depending on interest and agreement in practice, on home visits (flying physio) or in a modern retirement home. In the premises of the update Fitness you have a spacious, well-equipped training area available. Here you will find everything you need for a varied therapy. Even own ideas, innovations or group therapies have space and are very welcome.

• Time for each treatment. Mind. 30 minutes per treatment, whether in practice or at home visit. As a Flying Physio, you work in clearly structured blocks of hours with enough time for treatment, administration and rides.
• Responsibility and relationship. Your patient: Stay with you. You carry the responsibility and can really live your treatment methods and relationships.
• Support in everyday life. Own laptop, administrative support and a team that strengthens your back. Mistakes can happen, we find solutions together. 5 weeks holidays and flexible working hours are standard with us. Once a month, you will meet for an hour for a team meeting and professional exchange.
• Your work model, your choice. More holidays (up to 14 weeks), an additional contribution to your pension fund or a classic employment model? You decide. You also shape your wage development: Once a year you reflect on your performance, and we discuss your next steps together.
• You become part of the exclusive Flying Physios

As a Flying Physio you are well equipped: A packed car and mobile phone are waiting for you. Nothing stops you from starting! You can also use our flying speedsters privately.

• We'll take you forward. 100 % up to 5 training days per year and CHF 1,000 training fee. In the OMNIA network we exchange regularly. A change of location within Switzerland or later a management function? We are happy to support you.
