We are looking for reinforcements for our team in the room service
Your tasks
- Reception and support of patients when entering
- Catering of patients and their relatives or visitors
- Order reception, serving of food and beverages taking into account the respective cost forms
- Preparation and support of patients when leaving hospital
- Provision of customer services such as post service, flower care, customer requests etc.
- Organization of paid services (coiffeur, taxi, etc.)
- Setting up and preparing the patient's rooms before entry
- Departure cleaning in cooperation with the cleaning department
- Cleaning work according to instructions in the office and in the patient's rooms
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the field of catering/hotels (of benefit)
- Perennial work experience in the health care sector of benefit
- Motivated, friendly personality with well-kept manners
- Well-kept and safe appearance
- Self-employed and goal-oriented working methods
- Self-initiative, flexibility and teamwork
- High service orientation, resilience and good understanding
- Ability and empathy in dealing with elderly people
- Williness to work irregularly and weekendly
- Good German skills in word
