Main responsibilities

- You plan and coordinate work preparation, start construction programs and guide the entrepreneurs on the construction site in a targeted manner
- You coordinate and control all HVAC trades and ensure compliance with quality, deadlines, environmental and safety specifications
- You organize and accompany technical acceptances and controls and ensure complete project documentation until completion You guarantee all Required
- Completed practical training in the field of HVAC
- Experience as assembly manager HVAC on larger construction sites or experience as construction manager in the execution of building technology projects
- Team-capable, cooperative personality, can take responsibility
- Ability to implement high project quality without neglecting dates and costs
- Confidential with the general business environment
