- Lead strategy and management consulting engagements for P&C insurance clients
- Building and lead multi-disciplined, cross-functional project teams including consultants, insurance subject-matter experts, data scientists and analytics professionals to drive effective delivery
- Overseeing discovery, scoping, project management, analysis, and synthesizing results, as well as communication of results and recommendations to clients
- Acting as domain expert and primary contact for Property and Casualty consulting,
- Define and evolve the overall P&C consulting proposition, developing new value propositions aligned with client needs and market opportunities
- Partner closely with Sales on client research and discovery, opportunity development, origination and the sale of new consulting engagements
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Swiss Re to develop new capabilities, analytical approaches and data assets, ensuring they can be effectively positioned and communicated to clients.

- The estimated base salary range for this position in Alpharetta, GA, Kansas City, MO and Chicago, IL is $150,000 to $250,000 and in Los Angeles, CA and New York, NY is $161,000 to $269,000.
- The specific salary offered for this or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.
