Main responsibilities

  • They prepare sweets, masses, doughs, cakes and ice cream dishes and process them professionally
  • They present, decorate and prepare the sweets attractively
  • You ensure a smooth operational process in your area of responsibility and are responsible for the production of the handmade dessert line

  • You participate in the organization of purchasing and storage and contribute to the new development and menu planning
  • They take over the technical management of the Pâtisserie department and ensure the quality control of the goods
  • You clean your work equipment and consistently comply with the hygiene measures
