- Professional accompaniment, support, and consultation of FaGe apprentices and HF/FH nursing students on the Akutgeriatrie department in collaboration with the station management and educational responsible
- Ensuring professional care and treatment of geriatric patients in the acute area
- Diploma nursing assistant HF/FH with professional experience
- Professional pedagogical training or willingness to complete it (e.g. SVEB)
Main responsibilities
- Professional accompaniment, support, and consultation of FaGe apprentices and HF/FH nursing students on the Akutgeriatrie department in collaboration with the station management and educational responsible
- Ensuring professional care and treatment of geriatric patients in the acute area
- Implementation of diagnostic, therapeutic, and nursing measures
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the medical service and other professions
- Participation in the design of a high-quality and patient-oriented care process Requirements
- Professional pedagogical training or willingness to complete it (e.g. SVEB)
- Role model with humor, team spirit, empathy, and respectful treatment of patients
