- Support in project administration (project opening, project completion, project guarantees, disability ads, supplement letters, 15 breakpoints, project filing in SharePoint)
Main responsibilities
- Implementation of quality and completeness checks of the information collected when creating projects in SAP Fiori and approval of the project opening
- Support in project administration (project opening, project completion, project guarantees, disability ads, supplement letters, 15 breakpoints, project filing in SharePoint)
- Preparation and processing of external and internal customer invoices
- Implementation of financing control with SAP and SAP Fiori Support for debtor management Repayment and operation support
- Recording of orders and comparison of supplier invoices with the corresponding orders in their own area of responsibility
- Recording and implementing contracts in Planon
- Support of the Financial Business Partner in monthly tasks and processes
- Training of operational staff in the relevant department Time recording tool contact person Requirements
- Commercial or administrative basic training
- Experience in the project environment as well as knowledge of commercial processes in construction-related industries
