To support our Watch Planning department, we are looking for a

Planner Watch Production (100%)

Duration: Permanent Start: January 2027

As a Planner Watch Production team, you are responsible for the smooth planning and control of our watch production – from production order to on-time delivery.

Your mission to the IWC.

• Self-responsible order issuance and fine planning in watch assembly as well as preparation of the monthly production plan
• Ensuring component availability – from proactive deadline monitoring to systematic fault analysis to escalation – in close cooperation with production, procurement and sales
• Creation and coordination of engraving and special orders
• Creation and further development of IST analyses, evaluations and ad hoc reports and tools
• Co-design and optimization of planning and business processes, as well as participation in cross-divisional projects

How you become part of the journey.

Training and experience

• Basic technical or commercial training with further training for technicians or comparable studies – ideally with a focus on supply chain, production planning
• 1-2 years of professional experience in production planning, preferably in the industrial manufacturing environment
• Good technical understanding in the production context

Technical competences

• Good SAP knowledge in production planning
• Experienced handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical capabilities and high affinity for data and systems
• Flowing knowledge of German and English in words and writing

Personal competences

• Structured, independent working method with the willingness to think outside the box
• Rapid comprehension and the ability to recognize and link complex relationships
• Results-oriented and team-oriented action
• Strength of communication and enjoyment of cross-cutting cooperation
