Company and context
- Acting as a sparring partner: for managers, e.g. in onboarding processes, reorganizations or in demanding situations
- Applying your in-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law in daily work
- Recognizing HR needs of the line and implementing necessary measures and ensuring the necessary services
- Participate in project teams and interdisciplinary groups on HR topics and contribute your experience in HR topics as well as your digital affinity
- Completed further education in the HR area or a university study with an HR-related background
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable HR role, ideally in the financial industry
- Sound consulting expertise in cooperation with managers and employees
- Ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment and to remain calm in challenging situations
- Self-initiative, drive and a structured working method
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English is advantageous
