- Ensuring a uniformly high level of training of GMP production staff and practical process implementation
- Technical support for shift managers and masters in operational operations
- Chemical training and/or chemistry master training or other equivalent technical training, at least 5 years of professional experience in the chemical industry
- Experience in chromatography, ultrafiltration or similar
Main responsibilities
- Ensuring a uniformly high level of training of GMP production staff and practical process implementation
- Technical support for shift managers and masters in operational operations
- Support for the commissioning of new plants in the HPLC area including recipe tests, engineering batches and PQ runs
Key requirements
- Chemical training and/or chemistry master training or other equivalent technical training, at least 5 years of professional experience in the chemical industry
- Experience in chromatography, ultrafiltration or similar
- Comprehensive knowledge of chemical handling, PPE, zone concepts and HSE regulations
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Secure GMP understanding and ability to convey compliance
- Strong organisational talent and ability for independent work planning Experience with paperless documentation
- Experience with process control systems (e.g. PCS7)
- Experience in commissioning new plants and processes
Application process
- Support for the introduction and application of the process control system PCS7 as well as paperless documentation using MES
- Transfer of technical know-how and training of production employees in the new plant area
- Development and implementation of technical responsibility training programmes
- Implementation of onboarding programs for new employees and learners
- Preparation and maintenance of training documents as well as process and plant-specific documentation
- Training of HSE and GMP relevant topics in the production environment
- Function as technical expert for the responsible plant area
- Support in planning and implementing technical improvements in cooperation with QA, operational engineering and external suppliers
