- Optimization and development of processes and subprocesses Support for acquisition of new man data
Main responsibilities
- You lead our Facility Management team and, together with your colleagues, you will experience the diverse operational services in technical and infrastructural building management. You will be responsible for such tasks as: Management and promotion of your team Monitoring of cost and contract compliance Planning and management of work Preparation of analyses and reporting Customer consulting and support
- Optimization and development of processes and subprocesses Support for acquisition of new man data
- Enforcement of safety requirements of legislators and operations
- Ensuring ongoing training and training of your team
- Technical participation and support in operational operation and maintenance (HLKS/Electro)
- Requirements You are a service provider with conviction:in, think with and bring adequate optimization suggestions.

- Basic technical training in the field of HLKS or electro-advisable
