- Your tasks and responsibilities: Business development and operational operation Sales and KPI: consistent achievement of sales targets and relevant KPIs Analysis and measures: analysis of performance, identification of business needs and their translation into individual measures and goals.
- Collaboration: Establish and maintain a close, trusting and strong collaboration with the team, the boutique director and internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit, high stamina and initiative, strong leadership qualities and demonstrable knowledge in sales technology.

Main responsibilities
- Your tasks and responsibilities: Business development and operational operation Sales and KPI: consistent achievement of sales targets and relevant KPIs Analysis and measures: analysis of performance, identification of business needs and their translation into individual measures and goals.
- Collaboration: Establish and maintain a close, trusting and strong collaboration with the team, the boutique director and internal and external stakeholders.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the correct implementation of Visual Merchandising standards.
- Compliance: Ensure that all processes comply with corporate guidelines Customer experience and development role model function: Active role within and outside the boutique through the personal support of customers as well as ensuring a first-class, customized customer experience.
- Customer relationships: guide the team to excellent and professional customer support with the aim of building long-term and strong relationships, increasing customer satisfaction and strengthening loyalty.
- Network & Events: Establishing brand and boutique presence in the local market, initiating events through continuous networking and gaining market share through targeted community work.
- CRM mentality: motivation of the team to make CRM mentality more flexible, as well as use CRM tools and analyses to optimize customer experience and increase sales.
- Team development.
- Leadership: leadership of the 9-member team as a model through a lived passion for IWC as well as a well-founded knowledge of our products, sales technology, mission and our values.
- Training: conduct coaching, in-store training and daily briefings.
Key requirements
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit, high stamina and initiative, strong leadership qualities and demonstrable knowledge in sales technology.
- 3,3he experience in boutique management or comparable management experience in related industries.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for relationship building and networking as well as high social competence.
- High emotional intelligence and a very good general education.
- Expressed feeling for customer satisfaction, the luxury watch segment, etiquette and interpersonal behavior Ability to lead talents and team members with different backgrounds positively, to coaches and further develop.
- Ability to analyze sales reports, identify market trends and respond quickly to business needs. A consistently lived customer orientation in all business areas.
- An open, winning and contact-oriented personality.
- A fluent language knowledge in German and English, ideally complemented by other relevant languages.
