Assistant Housekeeping Manager 100% (f/m/i)

Their tasks include

• the organization of daily processes in the area of housekeeping as well as the classification and management of employees
• ensuring cleanliness and preservation of value throughout the holding
• the preparation of work plans with Mirus and the control of working hours in the time recording system
• Ensuring and implementing LQA standards
• the representation and support of Executive Housekeepers in all respects

You have successfully completed your training as a hotel specialist EFZ or Hauswirtschaft and bring at least two years of management experience from a similar function. They speak German, are service-oriented and work calmly and efficiently even under time and work pressure. You are accustomed to an independent working method and can organize and motivate yourself and your employees well. They are reliable and enjoy working in a team. If you have also completed the vocational training course, this is an advantage. We expect a well-groomed, friendly and courteous attitude. Foreign languages are an additional plus in dealing with our employees and guests.
