- Cleaning of kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery
- Correct clearing and storage of kitchen supplies and porcelain
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment and kitchen rooms
- Assistance with the patient feed distribution belt
- Assistance with simple kitchen work according to work instructions (sandwiches, salads, scoops, etc.)
- Strict compliance with the provisions of QMS and HACCP as well as independent completion of checklists in these areas Requirements Good knowledge of German
- Readiness for evening and weekend assignments Flexibility and physical resilience
