- Together with their colleagues with an agogic and nursing professional background, they accompany and care for adults with cognitive and psychological impairments as well as multiple disabilities and with sometimes challenging behaviors and epilepsy. You build a professional relationship with the residents and design their living space as well as the daily and leisure structures according to their individual needs. They take into account the UNRC.

- They are responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the agogic process and work together with internal contact persons, relatives and legal representatives as well as external bodies.
- They support learners and students of different vocational training courses in the health and social sector in developing their skills

- They are dipl. Social pedagogue HF or FH and have experience working with people with disabilities or are interested in familiarizing themselves with this field of activity
- They show a high willingness to engage in a professional relationship with the residents and to represent their concerns
- You have a solution-oriented work organization and a high level of personal responsibility
- With their creative and transparent communicative nature, they proactively shape everyday life
- Stability, organizing, and crosslinking and consulting are among their strengths.
- They are enthusiastic about creating a beautiful home for the residents that meets their needs
