- Sie leiten die Abteilung von 11 Mitarbeiter/innen fachlich und organisatorisch
- Sie sind zuständig für den fristgerechten Abschluss der Codierung im Bereich akutstationär und ST Reha
- Sie beteiligen sich an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Projekte im Bereich der medizinischen Codierung
- Sie fördern aktiv die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen des l’HFR
- Sie sorgen für die Aus- und Weiterbildung der im Bereich der medizinischen Codierung sowohl teamintern als auch für andere Berufsgruppen
- Sie betreuen Audits und Codierrevisionen eigenständig
