Your responsibilities
Do you want to actively shape production planning, further develop processes and lead a small team at the same time? In this versatile function, you ensure reliable production planning and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems and working methods.
- You create the production program for the production facilities assigned to you and ensure a high level of delivery readiness
- They analyze bottlenecks and derive measures to improve delivery capability, manufacturing costs and lead times
- They optimize processes, key figures and interfaces and actively drive digitalization forward.
- You lead, develop and coach a team of three shop floor planners:
- You have experience in the production planning of an industrial environment and bring several years of leadership experience
- You have basic technical training as well as further training in production planning, SCM, business administration or a comparable discipline
- You use SAP as well as common IT tools such as Excel, Power BI, Minitab or Power Automate securely
- You have in-depth knowledge of lean and CIP principles as well as experience in project management
- You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented, communicate stylishly in German and can communicate in English
- Responsible area of responsibility and scope for designing your own ideas
- Up to 30 days of vacation – for your rest
