- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience in performance management and/or project management
- Good understanding of the financial services or banking industry
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of Workday is an advantage Fluent in English and German
