As an Audio Technician at Studio & MCR at MySports, you are responsible for the smooth technical implementation of audio and broadcast productions. You ensure that everything runs perfectly in the studio, monitor and switch signals in the Master Control Room and ensure high audio quality. With your technical know-how, attention to detail and interest in ice hockey, you make a decisive contribution to a professional on-air experience. Your challenge:
- You are responsible for the trouble-free transmission operation in the studio, MCR and playout at MySports, including planning and provision of audio and intercom connections
- You create the setup and use the Lawo-Audiomischer according to daily needs
- You mix the tone of studio production and commentators on single-play channels
- You support post-production (cut and ENG) with audio-technical questions
- You advise the editors and production managers on audio-technical issues
- You monitor and ensure quality standards in the audio broadcast environment
Your kills
- Completed basic technical training as multimedia electronics technician, mediamatist, electronics technician or computer scientist
- Further training as a sound engineer and/or several years of professional experience in broadcast technologies with a focus on audio and network technology
- Sound technical understanding of audio broadcast systems, network technologies and media technology, in particular of IP technologies in the audio sector
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, innovative company with a start-up feel as well as enthusiasm for sports, especially hockey
- Organizational talent, communication strength and teamwork
- Independent working methods and problem-solving skills
- Readiness for regular evening and weekend assignments
- Flowing knowledge of German and English, French is advantageous
