Main responsibilities
- e2e control of all business and IT teams and measures to resolve incidents and ensure stable 24/7 IT operations by quickly restoring critical services
- ensuring adequate communication and governance structure at Incidents to ensure rapid recovery of operations and minimize the impact for customers
- ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of IT operating and change standards, governance mechanisms and documentation policies throughout the company design and management of the company
- Coordination of, as well as participation in IT service management practices that prevent possible incidents (reliability management)
- Support of senior management presentations, audits and other forms of communication.
- Regulatory audits and participation in bank-wide resilience initiatives related to IT service management relevant topics
Key requirements
- >7 years: IT Service Management, Operationsmanagement in Financial Services
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): Informatik / BWL / Ingeneering
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities that enable you to act confidently, transparently and purposefully even in critical situations - experience in the development, management and operational exercise of IT Service Management according to industry standard (e.g.
- ITIL) and management of interdisciplinary teams
