The first restrictions will start on Friday, September 18, on the occasion of the Rally del Ticino. The roads designated for the car racing competition will be completely closed to vehicular traffic between 8:00 PM and 11:30 PM. Going into the geographical detail provided by the competent authorities, in the municipality of Balerna the road sections involved in the measure will be via Passeggiata, via Motta, and via Sottobisio.
