- Purpose of the role: In the “Operate Digital Infrastructure” team, you ensure that our networked sensors at the Basel and Kaiseraugst locations function reliably and are expanded as needed.
- They are the central hub between internal customers, state-of-the-art IoT technology and external service providers.
- You take responsibility for ongoing operations, control external partners and independently handle extension projects from request to acceptance. The possibility:
- Holistic lifecycle management: You are responsible for the installed sensors throughout their entire life cycle, from installation, commissioning and takeover into operation via documentation and troubleshooting to maintenance and uninstallation.
- Strategy & Operational Optimization: You develop sustainable maintenance strategies, keep the operating costs in focus and actively promote the standardization of processes and the continuous improvement process (CIP).
- Solution development & consulting: You take specific customer inquiries, evaluate the technical needs and develop customized IoT solutions for implementation at our locations.
- Data support: You actively support and advise internal customers in the provision, access and evaluation of their collected IoT data.
- Project & Partner Management: You plan and implement conversion and expansion projects independently, control external specialist companies including quality control and take over the associated ordering.
