Tasks

• You take on the responsibility for training and further education in corporate customer business at the general agencies in German-speaking Switzerland.
• You design, develop and carry out training and further education programs for customer consultants and in-house employees in the corporate customer business.
• You organize and lead modern learning formats and learning paths, training courses, workshops and seminars that promote sustainable learning and successful practice transfer.
• You accompany and coach employees individually in their professional and personal development.
• You will continuously evaluate and develop learning opportunities with a focus on effectiveness, relevance and sustainable practice transfer.
• You ensure the interface between sales, training and other areas of the company.

Requirements

• You speak German and ideally have good to very good knowledge of French. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
• You are a committed personality and have a well-founded education or a degree in the field of insurance, finance or corporate client consulting (e.g. VBV or federation). Professional card.
• Ideally, you will bring in-depth expertise in corporate banking as well as further education in adult education, coaching or leadership.
• You have experience in the conception and implementation of trainings, workshops or development programs.
• You like to take on responsibility, work independently, are flexible and have strong organizational skills.
• You are a strong communicator who uses your knowledge and experience to develop teams and leaders in a sustainable way and achieve common goals.
• You enjoy accompanying, promoting and sustainably strengthening people in their development.
• You bring a willingness to travel within Switzerland of about 40-50%.
