- Support and advice of executives and employees on all topics related to absentee management in cooperation with the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Support of the HRM team in various tasks along the entire HR life cycle. Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training in the field of wages and/or HR (e.g. HR assistant)
- Proactive and solution-oriented case handling
