Company and context
- You lead and develop the Clinic for Consiliary, Aging and Neuropsychiatry (KAN) with 220 employees professionally, organizationally, human and entrepreneurial
- You are responsible for the development and compliance with diagnostic and therapeutic guidelines, quality assurance, further and further training as well as the budget of the clinic
- You sit on the Technical Committee for Medicine and Management and on the Quality Committee of the Board of Directors
- As a member of the Executive Board, you bear overall operational responsibility for PDAG and participate in the entrepreneurial development of PDAG.
- They represent the PDAG in cantonal and Swiss expert committees and support the Marketing and Communications department in internal and external information work. Requirements
- Several years of management experience in a senior medical position as well as experience in the management of further education institutions and training of doctors and psychologists
- entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of business relationships;
- Additional training in management/business administration desired
