- Updating patient data in the clinic information system (ORBIS) and in other software applications
- Support for the introduction of new employees according to station-internal specifications
- Collection and processing of data for quality control
- Main responsibility for ordering and logistical tasks within the station as well as primary contact person for the system-relevant interfaces Minutes of meetings Requirements
- Completed training as a medical assistant or health specialist, preferably with experience in practice administration
- Empathic attitude in dealing with people in a crisis situation
- Ability to deal with common office applications
