Role overview
To strengthen our Applications, Data & AI CoE area, we are looking for 1.
June 2026 or by agreement a dedicated personality as team leader/in medical applications.
In this function, together with your team, you will ensure the stable operation and the further development of central medical applications and will help us to optimally align our clinical systems with the needs of the specialist areas.
Your tasks
- They are responsible for the field of medical applications and ensure the operation, further development and the life-cycle management of the systems.
- They carry out the six directly assigned employees in a professional and personal manner.
- You accept business requirements, analyze them and develop and document appropriate solutions.
- They identify optimization potentials in process management and implement corresponding improvements.
- They actively participate in test management.
- You perform tasks in 2nd and 3rd level support in the field of medical applications.
- They analyse and troubleshoot issues and make use of Pikett service.
- You have completed training in computer science or medical informatics.
- They bring very good knowledge of the hospital processes and the clinical treatment path.
Key requirements
- You have completed training in computer science or medical informatics.

- They have several years of experience in the management of employees and in the management of projects.
- RIS, PACS, DICOM and HL7 interface communication and ITIL are familiar to you.
- They are characterized by a high degree of customer and service orientation.
- They work team-oriented, independent and responsible.
- They have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
