Tasks
- You are responsible for the care process of the patients assigned to you, based on the care models applied at Lengg Clinic
- You supervise and accompany our learners FaGe in the function as a vocational trainer:
- As part of a LAG concept, you self-directed promote practical education and bear the responsibility of the qualification action process
- They care for and care for our patients competently in an interprofessional treatment team consisting of therapists, doctors and employees of Logis Requirements
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a specialist / health professional EFZ
- You are enthusiastic about vocational training, share your knowledge with pleasure and bring the necessary sensitivity as well as social competence in dealing with learners
- Further training as a vocational trainer/in SVEB or the willingness to complete it
- They excel as a resilient, communicative and open personality and enjoy working in a team
- They demonstrate a high level of social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives
