  • You support our customers after the purchase via various channels such as telephone, e-mail and chat and thus contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • You will handle complex complaints and service requests about delivery, assembly, quality, functionality and services and find suitable, customer-oriented solutions.
  • You use your expertise in the field of kitchens and/or construction to provide competent advice to customers and support them in finding solutions.
  • You coordinate all partners involved, such as stores, kitchen carpenters, internal specialist departments and service partners, to ensure efficient and sustainable case handling.
  • You carefully document cases in our systems and actively contribute ideas to continuously improve our processes and customer satisfaction. Who you are
  • You have experience in customer service, complaint management and/or kitchen sales.
  • You work structured, keep track of complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication strength, empathy and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Enjoy working on complex topics and developing sustainable solutions.
