- You will operate and monitor the technical building infrastructure as well as safety-relevant facilities.
Main responsibilities

- You will operate and monitor the technical building infrastructure as well as safety-relevant facilities.
- You carry out maintenance and maintenance work on technical and infrastructural plants and support them.
- You document maintenance work, tests and controls in the CAFM system (ICFM Campos).
- You coordinate and monitor external specialist companies for service, maintenance and repair work.
- You participate in technical projects and structural adjustments at the location.
- You will be in regular contact with the team manager in-house service and, if necessary, forward more complex topics to the site manager Rathausen. Profile and Requirements
- You have a basic technical training in the building sector (e.g. as an electrical installer, heating or sanitary installer) – ideally with a federal contract.
- Professional certificate as a maintenance specialist or the willingness to train you accordingly.
- You have experience in the management of administrative and operational buildings as well as with HLKKSE systems.
