As head of intralogistics fruits/vegetables, you are responsible for the end-to-end processes and ensure a stable, efficient, customer-oriented operation. You lead team and shift leaders, optimize processes and systems and ensure the achievement of performance, quality, safety and cost goals. You actively shape changes.

Requirements

• Professional experience: in logistics
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): in logistics
• Several years of management experience in logistics or production
• Experience in leadership of leaders
• Very good understanding of intralogistics and end-to-end processes
• Experience in KPI-based operational control
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, ideally SAP EWM
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement (CIP)
• High decision-making and prioritization competence
• Strong communication and interface competence
• German (very good knowledge)
