As the current position holder will focus on managing the HR of the entire Group and her tasks in the management, we are looking for reinforcement for our HR team at the headquarters in Altishofen. Task area
- You are responsible for ensuring that the right employees, in the necessary number and with the required qualifications work at Galliker and that Galliker is perceived as an attractive employer.
- Leadership, coaching and development of the 11-member HR team in Altishofen and continuous organizational, operational and strategic development of the area in consultation with the management
- Ambassadors for our corporate culture and values
- Strengthening employee retention and satisfaction
- Ensuring up-to-date, modern personnel management along the entire HR lifecycle, high quality of service and compliance with all personnel and social security requirements
- Sparring partner for executives and competent advice in all HR and labour law issues as well as ensuring the legally compliant implementation of the applicable labour law
- Optimization and digitalization of existing HR processes and instruments
Requirement profile
- Higher education or training in the field of human resources or an adjacent area (finance, law) and several years of experience in a similar function
- Designated leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security and wage processing
- Ideally experience in the craft / industrial environment
- Integrous, far-sighted, open and pragmatic personality with hands-on mentality – you not only want to steer strategically, but above all also have an operational approach
- Strong IT affinity and enthusiasm for digitalization
- Confident knowledge of German as well as very good knowledge of English and French, other languages are advantageous
