• Professional experience: meat/fish
• Completed basic or further education: butcher or cook
• High detail orientation and accuracy

• Ability to analyze and interpret quality data
• Familiarity with quality assurance methods and tools, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)

Recruitment process

• Pre-selection of applications: We check applications received on an ongoing basis, create a pre-selection and release them to the manager for viewing.
