WHERE FOR WE SEE YOU Want to make a significant contribution to corporate management with sound analyses and business know-how? In this versatile business partner role, you create transparency about the financial development of your areas of responsibility and support the management with well-founded decision-making principles. Your tasks in detail:

• Responsibility for budget, forecast and medium-term planning of the assigned divisions
• Business Partner for Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Real Estate
• Implementation of the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts including analysis and commentary on the development of costs and earnings
• Analysis of personnel, IT, infrastructure and administrative costs as well as derivation of recommendations for optimization and action
• Preparation of target-actual, forecast and previous-year comparisons to ensure transparent financial management
• Support for cost centres, internal orders and investments as well as support for profitability calculations and business cases
• Creation of management reports, KPI evaluations and well-founded decision-making basis for management
• Ensuring a high data quality in SAP as well as continuous development of the controlling processes and reporting WHAT YOU SHOULD INVOLVE
• Completed studies (FH/uni) in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable education
• Alternatively, basic commercial training with corresponding further training in controlling or accounting
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial environment
• In-depth knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial statements and cost center controlling
• Very good user knowledge in Excel and experience with SAP FI/CO
• Experience with Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools
• Strong business understanding as well as high numerical affinity and analytical thinking
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method
• High service and business partner orientation as well as enjoyment of working with different specialist areas
• Team-oriented personality with hands-on mentality and the ability to set priorities under time pressure
