YOUR TASKS
- You are our first business card: warm welcome on the phone, by mail and on site
- Check-in and administrative processing for inpatient and outpatient patients
- Professional management of payments, mail, cash and internal processes
- Collaboration in internal processes such as pikett services lists, employee offers or process improvements
- Collaboration with colleagues from different areas – always with the aim that our patients feel well looked after
Your profile
- Basic commercial training and several years of experience at the reception, ideally in the hospital or in the upscale hotel industry
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English are a must-see criterion, Italian skills a big plus. All other foreign languages are beneficial.
- Joy of direct contact with guests, resilience and a professional appearance even in hectic situations
- Organizational talent, flexibility and IT affinity
- Openness to contribute your own ideas and actively shape processes
