- Your tasks Holistic care and care of the guests in the sense of our care plan and the care process Executing treatment care activities Electronic care documentation by means of Care Coach (mobilely possible with Care Coach smartphone) Observation and evaluation of care and care situations Regular tours on the care department and in the old-age apartments Takeover of tasks and responsibilities assigned Care specialist HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK professional experience in long-term care and Spitex/Inhouse Spitex of advantage experience as RAI coordinator desired A warm and humorous basic setting pleasure in versatile challenges Good German knowledge in word and writing Why Tertianum?
