- Advice for inpatient and outpatient patients and their relatives on psychosocial, financial and social insurance issues
- General administrative support and coordination for the entire social service team Requirements
- Training in social work or further education in case management
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in nursing
- Experience in advising people in stressful life situations
- Strong communication and coordination capabilities
