- You are fully responsible for managing a portfolio of majority residential properties

Main responsibilities
- You are fully responsible for managing a portfolio of majority residential properties
- You develop and control the annual budget incl.
- Forecasts and controls and contracts creditors
- You lead and train your subordinate employees (including target agreement and target achievement control)
- You look after and advise tenants, owners and control the facility managers
- You are responsible for securing, executing and accompaniment of maintenance as well as for periodic condition assessments including reporting
- You make lease contract changes, rental interest changes, and indexed rental interest adjustments
- You monitor the current rental policy and advise homeowners when determining rental rates
- You issue repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution Requirements
- You have an oath.
