- To complement the Organizational Development Directorate (DDO), we are looking for a: Project Manager M/F at 80%-100% The main tasks of this post are:
- Lead cross-cutting and/or complex institutional projects by ensuring their integration into the institution's value chain and contribute actively to the achievement of the strategic plan.
- Define objectives, scope, deliverables and milestones, plan and coordinate project phases and activities by integrating resource, time and budget constraints.
- Establish, mobilise and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, coordinate with external providers and manage tenders where necessary.
- Monitor and control risks, boundary changes and interdependencies with other institutional projects, and ensure regular and factual reporting.
- Listen to business needs, conduct studies and diagnoses, map processes and identify opportunities for optimization based on qualitative and quantitative data.

- Depending on the institutional priorities, you may have to intervene on projects such as the implementation of the future computerized patient file (DPI) and the digitalisation of processes, the improvement of patient experience and overall quality, the opening and development of the future geriatric-rehabilitation hospital, as well as the establishment and evolution of specialized routes to meet the health needs of the territory. Training & Certifications
- Further training in Business Analysis (IIBA) or continuous improvement/quality (Lean Six Sigma) is an asset sought
- Experience in the hospital or health system: an asset
- Excellent mastery of office automation and collaborative tools; understanding of SI hospital architectures (DPI, RIS/PACS, ERP, datawarehouse...) Relationship & Behavioural Skills
- Pragmatism, creativity and the ability to simplify complexity
- Excellent mastery of French, oral and editorial (required) Knowledge of English (minimum level B1)
