Your main missions: As a polishing specialist, you will be an essential pillar of our production workshop.

- Your responsibilities will be structured around two main areas: Providing cutting-edge technical expertise and direct operational support to our production teams.
- Actively participate in the organisation of work to ensure the optimisation of the quality, the quantities produced, and the efficiency of the flows within the workshop.
- You have relevant technical training or have significant experience in a similar production environment.
Main responsibilities

- Your daily responsibilities: Technical Expertise and Training Actively participate in production and guarantee good technical practices.

- You have relevant technical training or have significant experience in a similar production environment.
Application process
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and ensure the application of post instructions.
- Identify technical training needs, train teams and propose continuous process improvements.
- Conduct fault analysis and evaluate/validate necessary tools.
Company and context
- and Performance Optimization Contribute to the scheduling and organization of work (distribution, planning) in collaboration with the workshop manager.
- Ensure strict monitoring of production schedules, deadlines and quantities.
- Participate in the distribution of employees and workload, as well as the monitoring of performance indicators (returns, scraps).
- Quality Guarantee Solve technical problems and quality non-conformities directly on the ground.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement (5R/5S) and conduct quality audits.
- Contribute to the improvement of flows linked to other departments.
- Support Management Relay key technical information and foster a positive and motivating working environment.
- Contribute to the assessment of the technical versatility of the teams and supervise apprentices or candidates on trial.
- To be a force for proposals on technical, organisational and performance improvement aspects.
- You have an excellent sense of organization and know how to manage priorities effectively.
