Under the responsibility of the Director IT Industrial Solutions, your main mission will be to lead the strategy, governance and operational management of IT/OT solutions supporting Production, Quality and Supply Chain activities across all production sites in Audemars Piguet. At the head of the Manufacturing Solutions domain, you will guarantee the performance, stability and evolution of the technological solutions within your perimeter, while ensuring their alignment with the company's strategic orientations and business needs. A privileged partner of the industrial directorates, you will actively contribute to the digital transformation of the Manufacture by piloting an ambitious roadmap and accompanying the teams in implementing innovative, efficient and secure solutions.
In this context, your main responsibilities will be
- Defining, communicating and piloting the Manufacturing Solutions strategic roadmap by aligning it with business and business priorities.
- Ensure governance of IT/OT solutions covering Production, Quality and Supply Chain processes.
- Oversee a portfolio of strategic projects and ensure that budgets, timelines and quality of deliverables are met.
- Monitor the performance of services and put in place the necessary indicators to ensure the achievement of defined objectives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, risks and development needs to accompany the continuous transformation of the Manufacture.
- Ensure alignment of technological solutions with the overall information system architecture.
- Define, evolve and promote your domain's governance processes, standards and good practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal standards and audit requirements.
- Build, manage and optimize your perimeter budget while ensuring rigorous monitoring of investments and operational expenditures.
- Develop and maintain trust with technology partners and strategic suppliers.
- To act as a privileged contact with the business directorates for all the topics related to Manufacturing solutions.
- Framework, develop and unite teams around a common vision, fostering collaboration, innovation and operational excellence.
- Support skills development, talent management and succession plans to ensure the sustainability of activities.
- Advanced training in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
- More than 10 years of experience in managing complex technological solutions in industrial environments.
- Experience confirmed in piloting multidisciplinary teams and managers.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain processes.
- Significant experience in managing digital transformation programs and portfolios of strategic projects.
- Excellent control of IT/OT environment issues and their integration into a global information system.
- Strong ability to evolve in complex environments and to collaborate with interlocutors of varying hierarchical levels.
- Recognized leadership, organizational sense and excellent communication and influence skills.
- Experience in budget management, vendor governance and strategic contracting.
- You have a perfect command of French and a very good level of English.
