Canton of Zurich Financial Directorate Office for Computer Science Application Engineer SAP HCM 80 - 100% The Office for Computer Science (AFI) is the computer science competence center of the Canton of Zurich.
It provides comprehensive services in the area of central computer infrastructure and canton-wide applications for directorates, authorities, the administration of justice and independent institutions.
In charge of implementing the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the Office for Computer Science accompanies and supports the Canton of Zurich into the digital world.
Together we ensure that central HR processes function reliably and at the same time shape the future of the cantonal HR system landscape.

Your tasks
- Operation, maintenance and further development of SAP HCM solutions
- Analysis and implementation of professional requirements in technical solutions
- Collaboration and management of changes, projects and sub-projects in the SAP HCM environment
- Support for the further development of the HR system landscape within the project AURORA (replacement of the existing SAP solution)
- Advising specialist areas and customers in the personnel environment
- Coordination of internal departments and external partners
- Ensuring stable application operation and continuous optimization of your profile:
- Higher education in computer science, business informatics or equivalent qualification
- Experience in application management or in supporting complex business applications
- Knowledge in the SAP-HCM environment
- Experience with ABAP/ABAP OO, Web Dynpro ABAP or SAP UI5
- Enjoy working with different stakeholders
