Their tasks
- Execution of general plate laying work in new, renovation and renovation construction
- Installation of ceramic, porcelain and natural stone slabs
- Installation of wall and floor panels in bathrooms, kitchens and living quarters
- Preparation, cleaning and balancing of substrates
- Cutting and adapting plates to different masses and shapes
- Waterproofing work in wet rooms
- Combining and siliconizing wall and floor coverings
- Creation of gradients in showers, terraces and other areas
- Laying of large-format plates and mosaics
- Carrying out repair and renovation work
- Removal and replacement of damaged or old plate coverings
- Fitting and compensation work
- Professional handling of plate cutting machines, tools and materials
- Independent work according to building plans and specifications of the foreman
- Compliance with safety and quality regulations on the construction site
Your profile
- Completed training as EFZ
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a recorder (mandatory)
- Very good knowledge in laying wall and floor panels
- Experience in handling ceramic, porcelain and natural stone slabs
- Good knowledge of underground preparation and sealing technology
- Experience in providing and executing silicone joints
- Safe handling of plate cutting machines and various tools
- Experience in laying large plates is advantageous
- Knowledge of gradient and waterproofing in wet spaces
- Experience in the new, renovation and renovation sector
- Independent and professional work according to building plans
- Clean, precise and quality-conscious working methods
- German skills are advantageous
- Category B driving licence is advantageous
- Own car not required
- Physically resilient and reliable
- Accurate, independent and team-oriented working methods
