- The selected person will actively contribute to the organizational evolution of administrative processes in human resources, collaborating to promote innovative solutions that make processes more efficient, simple and service-oriented.
- On the basis of internal directives, the needs of service, the priorities and the indications of the managers, the employee/administrative director/a will be called to independently guarantee the administrative and secretariat activities relating to the management of human resources. In particular:
- cooperates actively in close contact with human resources consultants, providing them with administrative and operational support, information and assistance;
- autonomously guarantees advice, support and information to the user (colaboratories, directories, users outside the Municipal Administration, etc.);
- it deals with the drafting of texts, correspondence, reports to the attention of the City Hall, certificates, certificates, forms, tasks and documents in general;
